Mike’s Boot camp Inc. was born in the Summer of 2006.

At that time President Mike Stratis owned and operated a successful fitness franchise, called Survivor Boot camp.

The first of its kind in the Okanagan Valley became an instant winner.

Soon after Mike and his wife Joanne took their experience and opened a private workout studio.
